Some of our customers used to wait months for their previous web developer to make the most basic and essential updates. We hear all the horror stories. Timely UpdatesAs part of our obsessive support philosophy, web updates always have priority over new website development. Once you are a CME customer, keeping you satisfied and helping your business grow online is far more important than chasing new leads. In general, routine updates are processed on a "first-come, first served" basis. Non-critical updates are usually processed within a few days to a week. Updates which can be considered critical or priority updates are processed same day or next day, depending on the changes requested. (Updates that constitute significant redesign or major content revision are quoted as new projects.) Web Maintenance CostsCME charges $45 per hour for routine updates. Updates to complex websites, including sites requiring database management and special technologies, are charged at $65 per hour. At CME's discretion, critical updates may be charged at $65 per hour in order to meet tight deadlines. There is no minimum charge for updates. A 5 minute job is logged and charged as such; no invoice is prepared until either a minimum of 1 hour has been logged to your account or it comes time for year-end billing at the end of November each year.
