Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival required a stunning, photo-rich website.  One of the design goals of this site was to assure it would be easy to update year after year. 

There are essentially two "versions" of the site.  Part of the year, the site contains information for prospective artists and vendors.  In the months leading up to the festival, the event information is updated.
